Returns

All Ascend Products are guaranteed. Should you have any issue with the SteadyRoller or mounting assembly, please contact us at: 252-637-7110 or sales@ascendproductsusa.com for technical support.

If we believe either of the items to be defective, we will issue a return and credit.
